Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:931 Court No. - 18 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 6223 of 2016 Applicant :- Abdul Shakur Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Applicant :- Mukesh Dhar Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt. Advocate,Syed Ahmad Jamal Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. Applicant-Husband being aggrieved against the issuance of recovery warrant vide impugned order dated 16.08.2016 passed by Family Court, Faizabad, has approached this Court to challenge the same, but there is nothing on record to suggest that the order dated 06.08.1999 awarding a monthly maintenance of Rs.500/- in favour of the wife, under Section 125 CrPC was ever challenged by him. That apart, this Court vide order dated 22.01.2013 passed in Case U/S 482/378/407 No. 580 of 2011 (Abdul Shakur Vs. State of U.P. And Another) had directed the Family Court, Faizabad to decide his pending objections filed in the application under Section 125 CrPC, and his application under Section 127 CrPC, within a period of two months. Today, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has feigned ignorance about the status and compliance of the order dated 22.01.2013, as she is not aware about the status of the said applications. Keeping in view the above background of the case, this Court is not inclined to exercise the inherent powers under Section 482 CrPC. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
