JUSTICE SUMAN SHYAM ORDER Date : 18/06/2025 Mr. A.R. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. This writ petition is preferred against the order dated 30/05/2025, by means of which, the petitioner has been directed to resume duty in his original place of posting at Khamar Manikur Sub Centre under Khamar Manikpur HWC under Mornoi BPHC with immediate effect. Mr. Bhuyan submits that his client is suffering from several ailments, as a result of which, he is presently undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital at Chennai. Under such circumstances, it will be Page No.# 3/3 extremely difficult for the writ petitioner to return back to his original place of posting. Mr. Bhuyan, however, submitted in his usual fairness that the petitioner has not approached the authorities by submiting any representation ventilating his grievance in the matter. Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Advocate General (Health Department), Assam, submits that if the petitioner submits a representation with proper supporting documents, the authorities will certainly look into the matter. In view of the above and by taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the sides and on the request of Mr. A.R. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is being disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit proper representation before the authorities, supported by necessary medical documents. If such representation is submitted by the petitioner within 3 (three) days from today, the same be considered sympathetically and appropriate order be passed therein, in accordance with law.
