This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 / Tehsildar Tehsil Dataganj District Badaun to mutate the name of petitioners in the revenue record of R.C. पपत 11 under section 35 of U.P.Revenue Code 2006 situate in Village Kundra Kharsai Pukhta pergana Salempur police station and Tehsil Dataganj District Badaun (ii)Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.6 to delete the name of respondent no.7 (Anupa Devi) from revenue paper पकक-11 क from the office of Sub Registrar, Dataganj Badaun and in place thereof the name of petitioners were recorded on the basis of gift deed executed in favour of petitioners on 18.12.2008, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the application moved by the petitioners is not in proper format and no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4.
