In substance, the grievance of the writ petitioner is that F.I.R. should be registered against respondent Nos.6 and 7 as they have embezzled public money. 3. In the considered opinion of the Court, Section 175(3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'the B.N.S.S., 2023') takes care of the said situation and it is always open for the petitioner to invoke the said provision in accordance with law. 4. No mandamus as sought for can be granted. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the provisions of Section 175(3) of B.N.S.S., 2023.
