Learned Assistant Advocate General submitted that cost in terms of previous order stands paid to the petitioners. This fact acknowledges by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 17.09.2025 from the Engineer-in-Chief H.P. Public Works Department, Shimla conveying the decision on representations of the petitioners under speaking order of the even date. Copy of the said order has also been appended along with the

2 office instructions. Learned Assistant Advocate General submitted that consequential benefits in terms of the aforesaid office order shall be released to the petitioners within six weeks from today.

Taking note of above documents, this execution petition is disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of their surviving grievance, if any. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
