The application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8514 of 2015 to its original file which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 28.02.2017. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that in fact on account of prolonged illness of the then learned counsel, who unfortunately left for heavenly abode, no one could appear on the date, on which the matter was taken up. The petitioner also came to know about the unfortunate demise of her counsel belatedly; and, as such, some delay has been caused Patna High Court MJC No.116 of 2019(3) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 in filing of the restoration application. 4.
