(Oral) Since petitioner, who at present is working as Staff Nurse at Civil Hospital, Nurpur, has already completed normal tenure of posting at afore station, this Court sees no reason to interfere in the impugned transfer order (Annexure P-2), whereby petitioner has been transferred from afore station to Civil Hospital Killar, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, however, having taken note of the fact that petitioner has already filed representation dated 25.4.2025 (Annexure P-4), requesting therein for cancellation of her transfer or adjustment at a convenient place on the ground of adverse family circumstances, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a - 2 - direction to the respondents to consider and decide her representation (Annexure P-4) expeditiously, preferably within ten days. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order taking note of transfer policy, which enables an employee to seek cancellation of transfer or adjustment at a convenient place on account of adverse family circumstances.
