The submission of the learned standing counsel is that the petitioner had made a representation on 29.05.2025 which was required to be decided. It is urged that the said representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 05.06.2025, a copy of the order is annexed alongwith the written instructions, which has been provided to the Court for its perusal, the same is taken on record. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner stands decided, nothing survives in this petition which is accordingly dismissed, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner that in case, if the petitioner chooses to assail the said order that may be decided on its own merits.
