Earlier, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing a Writ A No. 29935/2015 which was disposed of vide order dated 21.05.2015. In pursuance of above order, impugned order dated 20.06.2015 was passed and prayer of petitioner to change school on promotion was rejected assigning certain reasons. 2. This writ petition is pending for about a decade and learned counsel for petitioner is not present, therefore, it appears that petitioner is not diligent to pursue this writ petition. Otherwise also, in the light of observations made in impugned order, prayer cannot be allowed. 3. Still considering the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case there is any subsequent transfer policy which could benefit the petitioner, he will be at liberty to approach concerned respondent.
