Although we have disposed of a similar matter today being Writ-C No. 5757 of 2025 (Basheer Ahmad vs. Lucknow Development Authority, Thru. Vice Chairman And 3 Others), however in this case, the difference is that the notice impugned herein dated 30.07.2024 has been issued against a dead person i.e. the late husband of the petitioner No.1. 2. On being confronted, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority, Shri Rajnish Kumar Singh, says that the impugned notice will be withdrawn and fresh notice will be issued if the petitioner submits the death certificate of late Arjun Singh Chauhan. 3. The petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may submit death certificate of late Arjun Singh Chauhan to the Zonal Officer, Enforcement Zone-6, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow, whereupon, after verifying the facts, if he finds that Arjun Singh Chauhan has died, he shall withdraw the notice impugned herein but with liberty to issue a fresh notice to the concerned. 4.
