Chauhan, learned Counsel for the Nagar Nigam says that notice has been issued to the petitioner for his alleged encroachment on public land, but a reply has been submitted by the petitioner's son which is being processed. Any further action would be taken in accordance with law after considering his reply. In view of this, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. As regards, demarcation of the petitioner's land, he can initiate proceedings as per law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
