Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. 2. The present writ petition has been filed against the two orders, whereby the suit for arrears of rent and ejectment was rejected and revision was also dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 has been repealed, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings, if so advised, under the U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021. In case, such an application is moved, the same shall be decided within the time as stipulated under the statutes. 4. It is further made clear that the orders passed impugned in the present writ petition will not come in the way of deciding the same on merits.
