Mr.M.Muthumanikkam states that in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench dated 15.02.2024, the District Collector, Karur had issued notice to the writ petitioner and had passed final orders in Na.Ka.No. 438/Kanimam/2019-32 dated 19.10.2024. 3.
