Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for sanctioning Second A.C.P. with effect from 01.12.2008 instead of 06.03.2019 as well as third A.C.P. with effect from 22.11.2016 along with arrears of difference of pay and other consequential benefits. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions in this matter and submits that petitioner's representation has already been rejected by means of order dated 30.06.2025. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty withdraw this petition in order to file afresh. 5. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
