Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:34610 Court No. - 5 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 3799 of 2025 Petitioner :- Lalita Singh And Another Respondent :- Civil Judge (J.D.) Vi, Faizabad And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Pandey,Sandhya Bharti Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Heard Ms. Ambuja Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2. In view of the order proposed, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the following relief:- "i. To direct the Opp. Party No.1 to decide the pending Original Suit No.192 of 2015 "Lalita Vs. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala & another" filed by Opposite Party No.4 before him expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has argued that a suit for permanent injunction, bearing Original Suit No.192 of 2015 (Lalita Vs. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala and another), was filed way back in the year 2015. It has further been argued that since the year 2015, the aforesaid suit is lying pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) VIth, Faizabad. It has also been argued that the original suit in question is an old matter and therefore, this Court may kindly issue appropriate direction to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the suit. 5. I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and I find that Original Suit No.192 of 2015 (Lalita Vs. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala and another) was filed way back in the year 2015 and is lying pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) VIth, Faizabad. 6. In view of the aforesaid reasons, this petition is finally disposed of with direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) VIth, Faizabad to expedite the hearing of Original Suit No.192 of 2015 (Lalita Vs. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala and another) and decide it, if possible, within a period of one year from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
