Mr. Mangal Debbarma, learned Additional Government Advocate informs that the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cont. Cas(C) No.12 of 2024 has been set aside vide judgment and order dated 25.03.2025 by the Division Bench of this Court in Cont. App(C) No.4 of 2024.
Mr. Tapash Datta Majumder, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Rimi Debbarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is contemplating to challenge the judgment and order dated 25.03.2025 passed in Cont. App(C) No.4/2024.
However, since the instant contempt petition was filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cont. Cas(C) No.12 of 2024 and that order has been set aside, the instant contempt petition is dropped. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
