JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10 02-04-2026 Heard the parties. 2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in SC/ST Case No. 127 of 2023 arising out of Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 passed by the learned District Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge SC/ST, Buxar in connection with SC/ST Case No. 127 of 2023 arising out of Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 135 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST POA Act is added. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.945 of 2025(10) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 accused in the murder of the deceased. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that all the witnesses have already been examined. 5.
