ORDER This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.11.2022 by granting adequate and effective police protection.

W.P.No.1793 of 2023 representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be consider. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
