Considering the fact that instant anticipatory bail application is pending since the year 2023, therefore, it appears, either applicant has lost interest in the matter or by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous. 4. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail applications stands dismissed. 5. It is open for applicant, if cause of action still survives then he can file the recall application to recall the order passed today by this Court.
