Let the petitioner approach the Tehsildar concerned in terms of Section 26 or initiate proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, whereupon he shall consider and decide the same as per law, but after hearing the affected parties. If nothing happens within 2 months, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this court again. With the above observations/directions this writ petition is disposed of.
