Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. S. H. Bora, learned Addl. P.P., Assam. It is submitted by Ms. S. H. Bora, learned Addl. P.P., Assam that charge- sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 100/25, dated 19.07.2025 against the petitioner, namely, Neina Das in connection with Kajalgaon P.S. Case No. 78/2025 under Section 3/4/5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, Page No.# 2/2 1956. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is under interim bail and pursuant to grant of interim, she has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement was also recorded. In the given facts and circumstances, despite the nature of allegations, as the case is poised for commencement of trial , I deem fit to make the interim bail absolute. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order, dated 20.06.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial; and (ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.
