5. In the affidavit filed in support of the anticipatory bail application, it has been contended that the applicant is innocent, he has falsely been implicated in the present case and he has no criminal history. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the co-accused person, namely, Sarvesh Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by means of the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No.533 of
2025. 7. The learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the investigation is still going on. 8. Learned counsel for the complainant-bank has also opposed the aforesaid prayer and has submitted that the applicant was working as Manager Banking Operations and he has duped the bank by granting loans to numerous persons on the basis of a forged documents.
He has further submitted that the allegation against the co-accused Sarvesh Kumar is that he has acted as a mediator in grant of loan to the customers but the applicant was working as Manager Banking Operations and, therefore, the case set up against the applicant is not at par with the case set up against the co-accused Sarvesh Kumar who had been granted anticipatory bail. 9. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the allegation against the applicant is that he has granted loans to the numerous persons on the basis of forged documents, I am of the view that the aforesaid facts do not warrant discretion of this Court by granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant. 10.
