By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus against the respondents no.2 to 5 for removal of unauthorised encroachment upon the public utility land earmarked as green belt. 4. Sri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam on the basis of instructions has submitted that necessary action for removal of unauthorised encroachment has already commenced against the unauthorised occupants. 5. The Nagar Nigam has sought help from local administration for providing police force to carry out the drive for removal of unauthorised encroachment which has yet not been provided by the district administration. 6. It is expected that the district administration shall act without delay for providing necessary police force to the local authorities so that unauthorised encroachment, if any, is removed by following due process under law. 7.
