Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing application to review judgment and order dated 4th July 2023. Office has reported a delay of 697 days in filing the review petition. 2. Objections to the application have also been filed. In view of cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of application being sufficient, delay in filing review application is condoned. (Order on Review Application) 1. Application has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 4th July 2023 to the extent that the review petitioner, who was opposite party number 4 in the writ petition, was directed to make fixed deposit of 1.5 Lakh each in favour of her children out of the death cum retirement dues received by her of her late husband. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that aforesaid directions could not be complied with, since the children are in the custody of mother-in-law of petitioner,and not with the petitioner, due to which, she does not have their original documents and as a result of which the bank is not willing to open the fixed deposits. 3. It is submitted that for the said purpose, petitioner had filed writ C No. 4727 of 2025 as well which was disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to file a review. 4. However it is evident from submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the nature of relief sought would amount to modification of the order dated 4th July, 2023 and would therefore not come within purview of review petition.
