The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the order dated 6.4.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi, in Maintenance Case No. 992 of 2020, whereby maintenance at the rate of Rs. 15,000/- per month has been awarded to opposite party no. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings/application to pay arrears of maintenance in installement before the court of competent jurisdiction.
