The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing amendment of the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 775 of 2024 as proposed in para. 3 of the present application. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel that the proposed amendment will not cause any prejudice to the respondent and the character of the wit petition will not also change. It has been submitted that the said proposed amendment will shed more light to the adjudication of the connected writ petition. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Applicant is directed to file a Recast of the writ petition within a period of three weeks. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
