Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Sachin Shukla and Ms Shruti Verma, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsels for the respondents. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.11.2018 whereby an application seeking recall of the order dated 11.07.2017 was rejected. The trial court while rejecting the application held that the issue with regard to status of plaintiff based upon forged and fabricated documents had to be decided at an appropriate stage. Against the said order the review application was preferred which too has been rejected. Considering the nature of order which proposes to decide the issue at an appropriate stage, as such I do not see any reason to exercise my power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India at this stage.
