The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 08.04.2025 whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner against an order dated 25.10.2024 was dismissed. 3. The facts in brief are that a dispute was raised with regard to the valuation of the property of the suit, the said issue has been decided by means of the impugned order. 4. Considering the fact that essentially the order are interlocutory in nature, no interference is called for at this stage. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge these orders also after the suit is decided and in case any appeal is preferred. 5.
