The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 352 and 3(5) of the BNS and 8/12 of the POCSO Act. 3. The petitioner is the father of the main accused Chhotu Kumar who is said to have taken away the victim girl. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case merely because he is father of the main accused. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Rajoun P.S.
