Having regard to the limited nature of controversy, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners, within a period of three weeks from the date a copy of this order is made available to it. Till then, both the parties shall maintain status quo on spot and in case petitioners are found in contempt against this order, respondents shall be at liberty to go ahead with the demolition.
