We have gone through the said report sent by the C.J.M. Ayodhya wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Vijay Kumar Singh S/o Ram Naresh Singh had died on 27.11.2022. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of relatives of the appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Vijay Kumar Singh S/o Ram Naresh Singh, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
