01. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant writ petition, submits that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the same as representation and accord due consideration thereon under rules and in accordance with law within some reasonable time frame, to which,
learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection.
02. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at its threshold by directing the respondents, more particularly, respondent no. 2 to treat the same as representation and take a decision thereon strictly under rules and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this
Order along with writ petition and enclosed Annexures are made available to the respondents.
03. The decision to be taken by the respondents shall be forwarded to the petitioners through registered post.
04. Disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
