The petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.16/2025 registered at Police Station-Gandhi Nagar (Jaipur City (East), District-Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Section 309 (4) BNS, 2023. Since all these bail applications arise from common order, hence, they are being decided by this single order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner- Happy Singh is behind the bars since 24.01.2025, petitioner- Shubham Gurjar is behind the bars since 24.01.2025, petitioner- Dattratya Gopinath Kanse is behind the bars since 12.02.2025 and petitioner-Saurabh Patwal is behind the bars since 11.02.2025. In these matters charge-sheet have been filed. The trial of the case may take considerable time, hence the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners-Happy Singh S/o Late Shri Hari Singh, Shubham Gurjar S/o Jagdish Gurjar, Dattratya Gopinath Kanse S/o Gopinath Kanse and Saurabh Patwal S/o Shree Karan Singh Patwal shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
