Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. The applicant, namely, Sri Riku Daniel Doley, as petitioner has filed the connected pre-arrest bail application, being AB No. 1311/2025 under Section 482 BNSS on 09.06.2025, apprehending his arrest in Dispur Police Station Case No. 403/2025 registered under Sections 115(2)/131/308(3)/351(2)/85 BNS, corresponding to G.R. No.2379/2025 pertaining to an FIR lodged by his wife, namely, Plabita Gogoi. Page No.# 2/2 3. From the record of said AB No. 1311/2025, it is seen that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.06.2025 allowed the said AB No. 1311/2025, preferred by the applicant as petitioner. However, in the said order dated 11.06.2025, instead of Dispur P.S. Case No. 403/2025, it was inadvertently typed as Dispur P.S. Case No. 324/2025. 4. Hence, this application by the applicant/petitioner for correction of the typographical error of ‘Dispur P.S. Case No. 324/2025’ as ‘Dispur P.S. Case No.403/2025’. 5. On perusal of the records of connected AB No. 1311/2025, preferred by the applicant as petitioner, it is seen that the applicant in said pre-arrest bail application, being AB No. 1311/2025, specifically mentioned case number as Dispur P.S. Case No.403/2025, that was filed before the Bhagaduttapur Police Outpost under Dispur Police Station by one Plabita Gogoi, which was registered as Dispur P.S. Case No. 403/2025 on 05.05.2025. 6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the entire aspect of the matter, it is directed that wherever in the said order dated 11.06.2025, passed in the connected AB No. 1311/2025 ‘Dispur P.S. Case No. 324/2025’ is reflected, the same shall be read as ‘Dispur P.S. Case No. 403/2025’. 7. This order shall be read together with the order dated 11.06.2025, passed earlier in the connected AB No. 1311/2025 (Sri Riku Daniel Doley Vs. State of Assam). 8.
