GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2021 has not been acted upon by the official respondents at the behest of the unofficial respondents. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S. No. 327 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, wherein the learned Judge granted an injunction, 2 and the suit was decreed. It is further submitted that the representation dated 05.02.2021 does not bear the endorsement of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned respondent. Upon receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with the provisions of BNSS, 2023. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
