Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Krishna Vishwakarma, holding brief of Shri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is being decided finally. 3. Under challenge are the orders dated 20.03.2025 and 26.03.2025, copies of which are Annexures 1 & 2 to the petition, whereby the pay scale of the petitioner has been reduced. 4. Argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to passing of the aforesaid orders no opportunity of hearing had been accorded to the petitioner and thus, the orders impugned are in gross violation of principles of nature justice. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not deny that no notice was ever been issued to the petitioner prior to passing of the impugned orders, which orders are to the detriment of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid impugned orders dated 20.03.2025 and 26.03.2025, copies of which are Annexures 1 & 2 to the petition are quashed. The petition is allowed. 7. It would be open for the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after according an opportunity of hearing.
