The petition, purportedly in the public interest, has been filed aggrieved of the action of respondent Nos. 6 to 12 in seeking to illegally recover fees for selling vegetables and fruits in Gata No. 977, situated in village Kusmara, Tehsil Kishni, District Mainpuri. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner is relying on certain complaints made in the year 2016 for the purposes of seeking relief, which has been claimed in the petition. Submissions made are that despite various observations and the indication made and the complaints sent in the year 2016, nothing has happened and that the illegal recovery even today continues. 3. Having gone through the material placed on record, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is seeking to raise a stale issue based on material pertaining to the year 2016. If in last eight years, recovery had continued, there apparently was no occasion not to approach the authorities in this regard. Nothing has been placed on record in this regard, therefore, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed. Order Date :- 11.2.2025 Sazia/P.Sri.
