The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide the O.S. No. 570/2005, Ram Pal and others Vs. Ram Dev Mishra and others, pending before the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge, (Junior Division)/FTC, District Sultanpur, expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
