Petitioner submitted an objection/ representation before the Nagar Panchayat, Gosaiganj, Ayodhya against the entry in the Grih Ganana Register by the said Nagar Panchyat in favour of opposite party no.3 although the petitioner is already recorded in respect thereof. 3. Let such objections be considered and decision be taken in this regard as per law after hearing the petitioner and opposite party no.3 unless there is any legal impediment in which case the petitioner shall be informed about the same.
