The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition bearing Writ- C No.2647 of 2025 regarding the same cause of action which was disposed of on 28.03.2025 in the following terms:- "1. Heard. 2. The petitioner states that she had applied for retail outlet to the Indian Oil Corporation, but, while uploading the affidavit she had uploaded an affidavit of a date subsequent to the advertisement, therefore, she seeks permission to upload the affidavit of a prior date. 3. However, we find from the application contained as Annexure No. 1 the affidavit is supposed to have been prepared sometime in 2023, we are now in 2025. This is hardly a matter to be adjudicated by the writ Court. The petitioner may approach the concerned opposite party raising a grievance, but, nothing-else can be ordered. 4. The petition is disposed of. " 3. On a bare perusal of the said order it is evident that this Court expressed disinclination to entertain such a writ petition but granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities which by itself will not give a cause of action for a second writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
