The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): i To issue appropriate writ commanding the respondents to make notification and finalize the award compensation alongwith solitary as per Right Compensation and Resettlement Rehabilitation Act, 2013, is respect the land acquired by the respondent State. ii. To hold and declare that the petitioners are entitled to get compensation and award as per the Right Compensation and Resettlement Rehabilitation Act, 2013 not as per the provision of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 because the respondent have neither Patna High Court CWJC No.18959 of 2017(4) dt.16-09-2025 3/3 made declaration U/ss. 4, 6 and il of the Land Acquisition Act. 1894 nor payment of compensation has been made as such the proceeding under the Old Act become lapsed by operation new Law. iii. To issue any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as your honour deem fit and proper. 3. The supplementary counter affidavits have come on behalf of the respondents. 4. The affidavit of the respondent no. 7, the District Collector, Samastipur paragraph 4 shows that as per the letter no. 912 dated 26.08.2025 issued by the office of the Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division, Hathauri, Samastipur, the amounts have been paid to the petitioner. 5. This Court is satisfied that the payments have been made and if the petitioner so want and still aggrieved, has to approach the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance. 6.
