Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing counsel. 2. , Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to press only prayer No. V made in the writ petition which is for a direction to Deputy (Nayab) Tehsildar, Mohanlalganj, P-2, District Lucknow to decide application for recall dated 6.5.2025 with expedition. 3. Learned Standing counsel submits that the application for recall was filed after much delay and consequently opposite party No.2 will also have to consider and decide the aspect of delay while considering the said delay. However, he does not oppose the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy (Nayab) Tehsildar, Mohanlalganj, P-2, District Lucknow to decide the said application for recall expeditiously, say within two weeks, in accordance with law if there is no legal impediment.
