The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a direction in the nature of commanding the Respondent No. 2 i.e. Civil Judge (Avar Khand), Kadipur, Sultanpur to expditioulsy decide the restoration application 12.10.2023 i.e. Annexure No. 1 filed in Original Civil Suit No. 605/10 (Srishchand Vs. Ishwarchand) which was dismissed on dated 01.03.2021 due to non appearance of petitioner." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending restoration application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
