The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to opposite parties to ensure the removal of the illegal and unauthorized possession/encroachment over the Gaon Sabha pond land Gata no.572 Ka / 0.013 hectare which has fraudulently recorded in the name of opposite party no. 7 with the help of the revenue officer concerned in a very illegal manner misusing their powers and restore it in its original form as it was before encroachment taking disciplinary actions against the guilty persons as early as possible within stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instruction states that the order has already been passed on 07.08.2025. 4. In view thereof, nothing survives. 5. The writ petition is disposed off.
