Of Forest Lko And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shivam Sharma Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Abdul Moin,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent(s). 2. With the consent of learned counsels appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is finally being disposed of. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having been working since 1987 as a daily wager in South Kheri Forest Division and subsequently having been granted the minimum of pay scale yet he has not been considered for regularization although various persons junior to him have been regularised. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, prays that in this regard he may be permitted to submit a comprehensive representation to the respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievances and the respondent No.3 be directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a specified time to which learned counsel for the respondent(s) has no objection. 5. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation for the redressal of his grievances pertaining to his grievance within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent No.3, who may consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with rules and shall endeavour to decide the representation by means of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and relevant rules within a further period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with the certified copy of this order. 6. While deciding the said representation, the competent authority may call for the records from whichever places the petitioner claims to have worked on a daily basis including the details of the juniors as have been required. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim set forth by the petitioner. Order Date :- 6.6.2025 S.
