The present application has been filed seeking transfer of JSC Suit pending in the court of learned IInd Additional Small Causes Judge, Room No.19, Lucknow to any other court of competent jurisdiction. 3. The application for transfer filed before the District Judge has been rejected vide order dated 30.04.2025. 4. Considering the reasoning recorded in the order, no interference is called for. 5. The application is rejected. 6. It is further directed that as the original suit is pending since the year 2011 being Suit No.3200108 of 2011, the directions are issued to JSC Court concerned to dispose of the said suit with a period of six months from today. 7. Senior Registrar is directed to intimate a copy of this order to the court concerned for compliance.
