Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners have not been mentioned in the charge sheet. Ms. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 225/2024 dated 14.12.2024 in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 158/2024 against the accused Sheikh Faruque Al Bash. She further submits that one report received from the investigating officer, wherein it appears that the names of the petitioners have not been reflected in the charge sheet.
