Petitioner's counsel says that widening of State Highways-30 (Gonda-Bahraich Road) is proposed. He apprehends that without appropriate acquisition proceedings or purchasing his land, the same would be utilized for the purpose of said widening. 3. The apprehension appears to be unfounded as the opposite parties are expected to know the law, that is, they cannot enter into or encroach or utilize the land of any private person unless the same is purchased or compulsorily acquired and there is no reason to believe that they will violate the law of the land. 4.
