HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHD YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE
ORDER 29.08.2026
Vide order dated 08.07.2026, the application for condonation of delay of 76 days’ in filing the appeal was allowed and delay was condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2000/- as costs to be deposited in Litigants Welfare Fund. Today, when the case was called up, nobody turned up to represent the petitioners nor the costs have been deposited. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith connected application(s).
