Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially police authorities in the light of the order passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in writ petition Lalita Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & others to take appropriate decision on the application dated 27.05.2025 moved by the petitioner pending before him forthwith in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 and 3 to consider and decide the application dated 27.05.2025 in light of Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & ors." 3. It is stated by Sri Avneesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. has already been lodged and the present writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
